Why does NGC propogate the myths of religion vs. the scientific truth?

Good point by Ed A. I have found to the geographic to be quite biased and obviously driven by a strong atheistic agenda,to the point where I feel they cannot be trusted at face value anymore.On any subject that touches christianity in particular, be sure you do your homework, and you'll find that theres a lot more on the subject than the Geographic is telling you..great pictures though
